C2Family is delighted to have a Godly board of advisors. Our board of advisors is a group of seasoned professionals with Godly values and strong families.  They selflessly share their wisdom, experience and insight to provide Spirit led guidance and advice on the strategic direction and growth of C2Family in order for us to reach the greatest possible outcome for families. 

John Chalk 

Prior to forming the fee based financial planning firm of Chalk, Cullum, and Associates in 2002, John was a partner of the Fort Worth law firm of Whitaker, Chalk, Swindle and Sawyer, LLP representing individuals and business owners with issues of succession, structure,a nd tax reduction strategies.  Hes passion is to help people align their wealth with their values, and thus further their purpose in life.  In, 2009, John and his partner, Dee Wayne Cullum, founded Trinity Portfolio Advisors, LLC.  Trinity Portfolios Advisors, LLC is an independent registered investment advisory firm with assets under management in excess of $200 million. John holds the folllowing designations: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Juris Doctorate (JD), Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) and Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC).  John lives in the Dallas/Fort Worth suburb of Argyle, Texas with his wive of 28 years and their two children.

John received a B.A. in Accounting in 1986 from Abilene Christian University, Certified Public Accountant in 1988 from the state of Texas and a J.D. in 1991 from the University of Texas.

John is a member of the American Bar Association (Tax Section); State Bar of Texas (Tax Section); Tarrant County Bar Association, Tarrant County Probate Bar Association, Texas State Bar College, and the Society for Financial Services Professionals.

John serves on the Board of Directors of the Cross Timbers Community Church and Sower of Seeds International Ministries, Inc.

Tim Dukes

Tim is General Manager of 89.7 WAY-FM, a Contemporary Christian radio station in Dallas/Fort Worth. He is a graduate of Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN, where he began his 25+-year career in radio, television and interactive media, and previously served in on-air and management roles in Louisville, Cincinnati, Tampa, San Diego, Atlanta and Chicago. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of the Dallas-based Halftime Institute from 2011-2015.
Tim and his wife, Susan, have been married more than 25 years and have a daughter, 
Macy, who is a student at Baylor University. They are members of Gateway Church. 


Bill Frado

Bill is an operations consultant with experience in the defense, construction and manufacturing industries.  Originally from Boston, and now a Texan by choice, he is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree and a retired Naval Aviator where he honorably served his country through two combat deployments. 

As former, and highly decorated naval F-14 pilot, Bill spent his career flying off aircraft carriers before settling in the DFW area.  He is a member of Gateway Church of Southlake and also serves as the Vice President of Operations for Wingmen Ministries.  He is honored to be a part of C2Family, whose vision of helping families find and become intentional with their God given purpose, resonated deeply with him.  

Bill and his wife, Erika, have two children, a son, Hunter and daughter, Mia.  They currently live in Keller, TX.   


George Robertson

 Serial entrepreneur, investor and business visionary, Mr. George Robertson has started and lead more than 20 companies in the health care, restaurant and retail fields, creating jobs and opportunities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area over the last thirty years. Selected by the Fort Worth investment community in 2013 to push forward E-Mist’s global public health initiative, he is today helping to solve the growing problem of touch-transferable diseases through state-of-the-art technology.  George is a life-long resident of North Texas and is always contributing his time and resources to special projects including global hospice.
